Recipe: Baked Kale Chips

Haven't tried these yet? You'll be amazed at how great and "chippy" these are. Anytime I serve these they are met with a round of applause, even by kids!

1 bunch kale, torn into smaller (chip size) pieces

1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put washed kale in bowl and drizzle with oil and seasoning, mix it up to spread it all around. Lay kale pieces out in a single layer on baking sheet. Bakes until eges are brown but not burnt, approx 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them! Experiment using different spices - garlic, dill, paprika, curry, cayenne... they all come out so tasty and SO much better for you than a potato chip! Yummy!!
