It's that time of year again - and it might just be time to make something other than dip-n-dye holiday eggs. Head down to the Creative Alliance at The Patterson (3134 Eastern Ave, 21224) for a new holiday tradition. Learn to design Easter eggs using the ancient batik method of wax resist and create your own symbols just like Ukrainian artist Halyna Mudryj, who celebrates 50 years as a Pysanky artist this year! Materials included. Kids welcome, accompanied by adults.
 Tickets: free (donations welcomed!)

Ooooo, I wanted to do this last year but missed it. We used to do this as kids with my grandparents, although our wax resist was crayons.
