The website also has recommendations for healthy eating and natural products that can be incorporated into your daily lifestyle.
Of course, practicing yoga and relaxing breathing techniques has the potential to benefit everyone, so don't be afraid to try it out, breast cancer survivor or not. Actively maintaining a healthy balance in life, both mentally and physically, is one of the cornerstones of human health.
