Collaboration Stories, part 1

Here at B.E.S.T., we are often in awe of our friends' talents and skills, and when we put our heads together, we find our collaboration can lead to some amazing things!

Shannon of Sweet Pepita worked with Jen of Jenmenkhaus and together they came up with these soft little hats with the cutest felt embellishments. Jen's felt designs pair perfectly with Shannon's use of fleece in these warm hats.

Another great ongoing collaboration is the one between Anne of amadison and Deronda of DerondaDesigns. Anne designs rosaries and Deronda makes lampwork beads, so they're a perfect match.

Anne says of this piece she made with Deronda's beads, "This rosary was made in honor of Mother Teresa. The small beads are sacred bodhi wood from India. Deronda made the large beads in a soft, matte blue with cream, white, and silver swirls. They evoke the blue-and-white habits worn by Mother Teresa and her sisters."

This piece has been sold, but Anne continues to count on Deronda for inspiration.
